For environmental reasons, we do not offer free returns. If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include a completed return form with your package. You can find it via this link: return form.
If you are unsure about the size and you can not come by, simply use our size advice. This is based on many customer experiences and gives you a good overview of the right fit. This way we can avoid unnecessary returns together - for the sake of the environment.
RETURNINFORMATION
It is important that you return the items to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original labels).

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the return has been processed.
REPAIR & MODIFICATION SERVICE
In order for you to enjoy your Nordic Wool Factory products as long as possible, we offer a lifetime repair & alteration service. This way you can avoid new purchases and enjoy your favorite items for a longer time. The respective change request, the cause of the damage or wear, of course influences the cost of the repair, taking into account the applicable statutory warranty.
