Shipping:

As a rule, all orders received by 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped to you on the same day; weekend orders are shipped on Mondays.

You can expect your order - through our service provider DHL - to reach you in Germany usually within 1-3 days. When shipping within Europe, the delivery time can be up to 14 days, depending on the recipient's location.

Shipping costs:

Starting from an order value of 250€ we take over the forwarding expenses in Germany, and starting from a purchase over 500€ also those in the countries of the European union. 
We ship worldwide. Since we cannot list all countries, please ask us for the costs for your country.

Special note about shipping to foreign countries: Shipments to foreign countries may incur duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price shown. 

Revocation:

For environmental reasons, we do not offer free returns. If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include a completed return form with your package. You can find it via this link: return form

If you are unsure about the size and you can not come by, simply use our size advice. This is based on many customer experiences and gives you a good overview of the right fit. This way we can avoid unnecessary returns together - for the sake of the environment. 

Return information: 

It is important that you return the items to us in the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original labels).

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as the return has been processed.

Repair & Modification service:

In order for you to enjoy your Nordic Wool Factory products as long as possible, we offer a lifetime repair & alteration service. This way you can avoid new purchases and enjoy your favorite items for a longer time. The respective change request, the cause of the damage or wear, of course influences the cost of the repair, taking into account the applicable statutory warranty.

Size info

Our items are unisex sizes that may run larger, so we recommend choosing one size smaller depending on the design. 

To make it easier for you to choose the right size, we have indicated the most important measurements and lengths for all our items. You can find the respective information in the picture gallery of the article in the store. Additionally we inform you about the size our model wears. You can compare this information with existing garments and find your perfect size.

Product care:

The basis for our high quality products is wool. A 100% natural, biodegradable and sustainable textile fiber. It comes with unique characteristics. These make it possible to care for the products in a way that minimizes the use of resources. The fiber structure of wool makes it difficult for bad odors and bacteria to take hold. Likewise, the development of a damp climate is prevented - due to the water-repellent surface.

In addition, the protein keratin in the wool fiber breaks down bacteria. As a result, our wool has a permanent antibacterial effect, in a natural way. 

The self-cleaning effect of wool clothing comes from the fact that the core of the fiber consists of two different types of cells that can absorb different amounts of moisture. The cells swell to different degrees and constantly rub against each other, causing the fiber to constantly clean itself. This is precisely why clothing made of wool rarely needs to be washed. In most cases, it is enough to air out the garment when the weather is damp.   

If you still want to wash your Nordic Wool Factory clothes, you should first and foremost use hand washing. The garments made of our sheep wool are turned inside out and soaked in lukewarm water for about 5-15 minutes. Bleach-free wool detergent can be used (10 ml to 5 l of water). Then the garments are washed with lukewarm and cold water. Our garments are not machine washable. If hand washing is not enough, we recommend professional cleaning. For all products finished with our leather or Halley Stevensons natural oilskin, we recommend that you avoid cleaning. 

Under no circumstances should wool garments be wrung, kneaded or rubbed. For drying, gentle spinning at low temperatures is sufficient, if indicated on the label. Apart from that, please note that our products should not be placed on the heating or in the blazing sun to dry, otherwise they may become hard and scratchy.
